Innovation Trigger Lab is led by Jayson Hao — University of Toronto Computer Science (AI/ML), with Tech Lead and CTO experience across e-commerce, fintech and AI. The work is hands-on and senior: clear communication, business-first decisions, and a team that ships.

Workshop
Load a cartridge. Shipped projects play their live site, desktop and mobile side by side. Work under NDA can’t be shown, so a pen plotter we wrote in TypeScript drafts the real system architecture instead.
